Our Mission – Empowering all people to thrive through excellent care, community engagement, and a commitment to innovation and growth.
Services at Greater Nashua Mental Health are currently spread across six fragmented and aging buildings. For individuals and families seeking help, this means access and parking challenges, long bus rides, confusion over appointments at different buildings, and other unnecessary barriers at a time when hope is already hard to hold onto.
With your support, we can change this.
A new, unified space for GNMH will bring all of our services under one roof, eliminating unnecessary barriers and creating a place where families and individuals can walk through a single door and find the care, comfort, and compassion they deserve. A place where our treatment teams can come together and collaborate efficiently to deliver high quality care. A central location designed for easy access, minimizing travel, on major bus routes, with ample parking for all. A building that reflects the strength and resiliency of our community and those we serve.
Our Vision for a Healthier Tomorrow
A single facility strengthens our ability to fully embrace our core values, meet the needs of the community, and better support our workforce efficiently, compassionately, and empower them for a healthier tomorrow.
Excellence of Care

Your Role in Building Nashua’s Future
The capital campaign is our community’s promise to create one facility that will serve the Greater Nashua region for generations to come. Client Testimonials
Mary’s Story: From Isolation to Independence
When I entered GNMH’s HOPE program at 19, I was struggling with fear, hallucinations, and couldn’t leave my house. The team never gave up on me—they encouraged me with therapy, skills, and art. Today, I’m working, traveling on my own, and living independently. I graduated from the program in 2024 and continue to thrive.
Samantha’s Story: “I thought this was the only way to live.”
When I came to GNMH, my depression had consumed me, it was all I had known for as long as I can remember. It robbed me of some of my best years with my children. My therapist was my biggest supporter and advocated for me, provided me with the tools I needed, which allowed me to slowly crawl out of that dark space. I am now seeking to be a more present parent and have a relationship with my children.
Mark’s Story: “I never believed things could change for me.”
I was losing hope, after several hospitalizations, I felt something was wrong with me. I kept hearing things, feeling like I was in danger. When I came into GNMH, that began to change, I slowly engaged, worked on building skills and understood the impact substance use had. Things began to turn around. I got a job, a college degree and am now pursuing a law degree.
