The Empower Hour with GNMH

Welcome to our TV show:  The Empower Hour with GNMH!  This is a show about coming together as a community to support one another, especially regarding mental health and substance misuse challenges. We hope to educate residents to recognize the signs of behavioral health disorders, talk about some treatment options for different challenges and to share some real-life stories about how appropriate care and support can truly change lives.
